VPL brought us in to help with the branding of a new SaaS program that would allow hospitals and health systems to manage their own freight in-house. It made perfect sense since they were leaders in the full-service freight-management space. The only problem was that they hadn’t created a robust brand for themselves yet, and that really needed to happen before they could position their new brand credibly. By positioning VPL as a company that is “Reinventing Freight Management,” we were able to focus on how its leaders were doing things differently —a perfect segue into their creation of the first-ever self-management platform.
