WILD AUGUST CIDER

The Strategy

When we met with Wild August, they had already chosen their name and their recipes, but they still hadn’t determined how they wanted to brand themselves and their packaging. We suggested looking to their name for inspiration and devised three concepts that could drive their flavor names and labels. We presented them with categories including “What happens in the orchard in August?”, “What’s the history of Hard Cider in America?”, and “What wild things happened in America during the month of August?” They chose the last one, and the rest was history.
