Park Street Pizza is a fixture in Sugarcreek, Ohio—the place everyone goes after the game or when friends are in town. When its owners, Rocky and Courtney Shanower, called us, they were ready to take it to the next level with a new building and a new look and feel. It only took a few minutes of conversation to learn that the couple had a robust philosophy of what Park Street should be—beliefs that morphed into their “Pie-losophies,” and the building blocks of their refreshed brand.
