Kelly Muir has lived a remarkable life. Her parents struggled with addictions and mental illness. Her family moved every few months. To say her childhood was chaotic would be an understatement. But Kelly had an indomitable will and despite a lifetime of highs and lows, she always found a way to not just survive, but succeed. In fact, her determination led to a full scholarship to train for the U.S Olympics, being named Woman of the Year by Black Belt Magazine, and opening a children’s-only martial arts studio where she teaches the merits of hard work , self-discipline, self-awareness, and leadership. Oh, and she wrote a book about all of it. When she decided to launch a life-coaching business, it only made sense to draw from her own life experiences—events that helped her find her own black and white in a sea of grey.
